Grrrreat realtor, was super quick to get back to me. Showed up to meet me at the house I wanted to see like The Flash. I was debating about a couple houses and he took me to each one of them AND gave us a grrreat christmas deal. I'm SUPER happy with my purchase and he is definitely going to be the one to go to from now on :)

I purchased my first house from Johan and love the property so much that I haven't moved out. I have looked at purchasing other properties and Johan has been more than happy to help me out while also toting me around to each location. I can't say i've seen other Excel real estate agents as much as I have Johan, he's definitely committed to his job in helping out the city with their new properties.

I currently pay 20K for a High-End Interior. While some may find this expensive, I think it's a great deal considering how rare High-End properties are. Bill is an excellent realtor, I highly recommend him! He’s fair, considerate, and doesn’t rush to evict tenants. If you're ever late on rent, he’ll check in with you first instead of jumping to conclusions.
