You are solely and fully responsible for all actions, conduct, and activities that occur within, from, or are associated with your home or block.

Any illegal activity discovered by Exel Holdings Group or its owner, Bill Brook, will be reported immediately to the Police.

Exel Holdings Group does not promote, permit, tolerate, or allow illegal activity under any circumstances.

Any tenant or block owner who engages in, facilitates, benefits from, or knowingly allows illegal activity may be subject to:

• Immediate eviction
• Termination of ownership or tenancy rights
• Forfeiture of block access
• Mandatory reporting to authorities

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in removal from the property and loss of ownership or tenancy rights.

By purchasing or occupying a home or block, you confirm that you have read this notice in full, understand its terms, and agree that compliance with this notice is a condition of purchase, tenancy, and continued occupancy.

You further acknowledge that eviction notices may be delivered electronically by email or text and that such delivery constitutes valid notice under State regulations.
