How can I purchase a block for my group?
At Exel Holding Group, we collaborate with a wide range of clients and organizations. We're happy to assist as long as the block is available, and you agree to our rental terms. What happens if I lose my property?
If you're overdue by 1 week, eviction will be enforced. We will try to contact you first, but if we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will take action. If you accidentally drop your property, we might not be able to recover your items unless you reach out promptly.
Will I receive a refund if I move out of a property owned by Exel Holding Group?
No, once your initial rent payment is made, no refunds will be provided. This policy is void only if we repossess a block and evict tenants.

Exel Holding Group is not liable for any actions after the lease agreement is signed. If the Department of Justice deems it necessary, they may authorize the Police Department to raid your property without involving Exel Holding Group or its affiliates.
